On May 8th, Eastern Middle/High School held its 6th annual Cystic Fibrosis Walk to raise awareness for cystic fibrosis! The CF Walk is organized by Eastern alum, Kelsey Helphenstine, who originally organized the event as a student at EHS. Students and staff participate by collectively walking around the campus and making a donation to the CF Foundation.

Registration for the summer extended learning program is open. Families who intend to participate in the summer extended learning program must complete this form by 3pm on May 23, 2025. The program will operate from 9am to 12pm, Monday to Thursday, between May 27 and June 18, 2025. Transportation, breakfast and lunch will be provided for all participating students.

Mr. Legg's Conversation Science students had a successful year, earning Ohio Hunter Ed, Ohio Boater Ed, and Ohio Trapper Ed certifications!





84 students from the middle and high school participated in a MIPP (Making Impossible Problems Possible) Challenge Day on Wednesday, May 7. While working in teams of 4, these students were given 5 hours to solve a high-level thinking logic problem. Prizes were awarded to the top 3 teams from each grade band.

The high school softball team will host the district quarterfinal against Peebles at Eastern High School this evening at 5:00 p.m. As a reminder, all tournament games are OHSAA events and subject to OHSAA tournament regulations.
