5/10-Lunch will be hot dogs with peaches as the fruit

Congratulations to Carson Salisbury, Jubal Bevins, Dawson Cody, and Xane Runyon for a 2nd place overall finish at the Shawnee State University SUMS math competition yesterday!! The competition included student teams from Ohio, Kentucky, and West Virginia. Students also competed individually but results are not yet available. Great job!! #OnwardEagles

Eastern Elementary had a visit from WSAZ and Meteorologist Tony Cavalier today. The visit discussed predicting severe weather, safety during severe weather, and what types of severe weather we could experience. As soon as the story gets ready to air, we will let everyone know. This was a great event for our students in grades 3-5 today!
Any Eastern student who makes a deposit at the Student-Run Credit Union this week will receive a FREE ice cream sandwich from the Atomic Credit Union!

The EHS National Honor Society placed coloring stations in the middle and high school cafeteria for students during testing. Coloring has been proven to reduce stress and anxiety by calming and relaxing the brain.

The 24-25 Preschool Registration Packet is now available. If you are wanting to have your child enrolled in preschool for the 24-25 school year, please complete the attached packet. You will need to return the packet to the elementary school office or bring the packet in during Kindergarten Registration on April 12, 2024 between 8:00am and 3:00pm at door 23.
